The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is an executive agency of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

The purpose of the Valuation Office Agency is to:

* Establish Rateable Values for the purpose of non-domestic rating;
* Establish the banding of properties for Council Tax;
* Deal with appeals on both of the above.

The St Albans Group office covers Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

Office opening hours:
Monday-Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm
