This Land Registry office, based at Stevenage, covers the whole of Hertfordshire and the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.
The Registry Headquarters are in Lincolns Inn, London.
The Land Registry is the government agency which registers all sales of land in the UK. They operate a telephone enquiry service and a drop-in customer information desk.
Opening Hours:
* Information Centre for personal callers only:
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Also 5.00pm to 6.00pm by appointment only, giving at least 24 hours notice.
* General telephone enquiries:
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm
Saturday from 8.30am to 1.00pm
