Carers' Group meets monthly in Baldock. They welcome anyone who is looking after a relative, friend or neighbour with a physical or mental health problem.

Although the group meets in Baldock, they are pleased to welcome carers from any of the towns and villages of North Herts. Unfortunately they cannot help with transport but they may be able to provide someone to sit with the person being cared for whilst the carer attends the meetings.

The aim of the group is not only to provide practical information and details of services and benefits but to offer some light relief from the caring role by planning and enjoying the occasional outing and social event. The mutual support and experience of fellow carers can be of great help.

Meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 1.30pm-3.30pm, except December.
