Environment Protection UK, formerly the National Society for Clean Air and Environmental Protection (NSCA), has played a leading role in environmental protection since 1898.

Their three key areas of action are:

Air Quality and Climate Change:
To promote integrated policies and practices trhat reduce the negative effects on health and the environment of both air pollution and greenhouse gases.

Noise:
To promote integrated policies and practices that encourage the effective management and control of noise.

Land Quality:
To promote integrated policies and practices that encourage the use and reuse of land in a way that protects human health and the environment.

Environment Protection UK, a registered charity, is a membership-based organisation that attracts subscriptions from a unique blend of local authorities, businesses, regulators, trade bodies, government, academia, consultancies, NGOs and individuals.
