An Essential Connection groups aims to offer an opportunity to think about and experiment with nourishing, inspiring ways of living and working, which enrich our experience of life and reduce our impact on other life forms which share our planet with us. By coming together, they share ideas, encourage, support and help each other in the changes we want to make, to enable ourselves and our communities to respond posivitely to the challenges presented by climate change.
