The Essex Branch of CPRE is a registered charity that helps people to protect their local countryside from threat and to keep it beautiful, productive and enjoyable for everyone.
The Council knows that a beautiful and living countryside requires thriving local communities. It is a place of work as
well as pleasure.
CPRE is the only independent environmental group working for the whole countryside and uses the expertise of both its National Office and its county branches.
CPRE aims to influence decisions shaping the countryside wherever they are made - from town hall, Parliament and Whitehall to Brussels.
Date of AGM: First Saturday afternoon in October
Opening Hours: Variable weekdays 11.00am-2.00pm.
