Parachute Regimental Association. Hertford and District Branch

The PRA exists for the purpose of furthering the interests of the Parachute Regiment and to organise functions and activities to enable members to continue associations formed during their service with the Parachute Regiment.

The Hertford and District Branch of the PRA aims to perform useful and benevolent work for members, their families and the families of deceased members of the Branch in need or distress.

The branch is 22 strong and in addition to the monthly meetings, arranges trips to places of interest.

It also provides a 'red beret' presence at different locations each year for the Armistice Commemoration, and as a guard of honour at the internment of individual members of the PRA.
