Meets at The Army Barracks, Bassingbourn, near Royston, Herts SG8 5LX on Mondays and Wednesdays 7.00pm to 9.30pm.
Ages: 13 to 18 years, male and female.
Aims to produce good citizens through a Military Youth Organization, providing discipline/ self discipline with training in:
* Air topics,
* Map reading/ Navigation,
* Drill,
* Shooting,
* Adventure Training (including Hill Walking, Climbing,
Abseiling, Canoeing, Gorge Walking, Camping, Skiing and Sailing),
* Duke of Edinburgh Award,
* Flying,
* Gliding,
* Communications,
* Radio.
Organises visits to RAF/ USAF stations in UK, Europe, Cyprus, the US and Canada.
