* a ward for care of animals requiring hospitalisation;
* x-ray equipment(results reported on the same day);
* electrocardiography is available for investigation of heart problems;
* a laboratory able to provide same day diagnostic test results;
* a dispensary;
* endoscopy and ultrasonography;
* they also provide veterinary care for wildlife casualties, and support the work of the local "Wildlife Welfare" group;
* home visits possible between 11.00am and 1.00pm on weekdays (service reserved to elderly or disabled owners);
* 24-hour emergency service provided;
* Pet Ambulance.

Surgery Hours:
* Mondays to Fridays 8.00am-8.00pm;
* Saturdays 8.00am-5.00pm;
* Sundays 9.30-11.30am - urgent cases only.
