Beds and Herts Goat Society
The Society is for anyone interested in goats as well as goatkeepers.
It meets on the first Monday in the month between September and May at 8.15pm, at Streatley Village Hall (about 3 miles north of Luton).
The meetings include speakers on goatkeeping and other smallholding subjects. The teabreak allows new goatkeepers to discuss their problems with established ones, and established goatkeepers to see if anyone else has encountered their latest dilemma.
The meetings also include a library.
The society holds other events in the summer and is at the Herts Show at the end of May.
