Black Lion Hotel and Pub (St Albans)
The Inn is situated within strolling distance of all the city's famous attractions - from the Roman Theatre and Museum, to the Abbey that dominates the city skyline, to its winding 'Olde Worlde' shopping streets.
This former bakery, built in 1837, lies in picture-postcard Fishpool Street, close to the lake in which, 1,000 years ago, monks bred fish for the monastery larder. The Abbey is just a ten minute walk away.
