Lees Wood Scout and Guide Activity Centre (Watford)

Leeswood is a small intimate campsite ideal for Beaver Scout and Rainbow outdoor events, Cub Scout and Brownie Pack Holidays, Scout and Guide Camps and District activities. The site comprises 7 acres of camping area, including some small secluded sites which are ideal for Scout / Guide patrols, all set within 47 acres of woodland.

Outdoor facilities:
* Space for 400 pitches
* Toilets / washbasins / showers
* Water tap
* On-site shop / public telephone

Indoor facilities:
There is a centrally heated accommodation block available to sleep 24 and 4 leaders with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a second block which sleeps 22 and has a fully equipped kitchen.

Activities:
* Climbing - 30ft climbing tower that has 6 different climbs for all types of climber, beginner or experienced.
* Assault Course
* Orienteering
* Pioneering
* Rifle Range - .177 rifle range with three firing points. Trained, qualified instructors available.
