The House: 1920 period detached house, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within 8 minutes walk of Epping town centre shops and restaurants. Woodland and open countryside within easy walking distance. Approximately 15 minute walk to Epping Underground station (45 minutes into London via Central Line). Convenient access to M11, Stansted Airport, M25, and Harlow Business Centres.

The Accommodation:
* 1 Twin bedded room;
* 1 Single bedded room;
* Both above have exclusive use of own bathroom, thermostatic shower and toilet.

Facilities: Non smoking; both rooms with TV, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities; Children over 15 welcome; On road parking.

Rates: £48 to £55 per person per night - inclusive of Full English or Continental breakfast.
