Already one of the largest housing associations in England, with over 16,000 homes, William Sutton Housing Association (WSHA) and Bristol based Aashyana Housing Association have been joined by TOR homes in the South West and Ridgehill Housing Association in Hertfordshire, to form a new top 10 housing group.
WSHA, parent of the group which has a turnover of £75 million, over 24,000 homes and almost 900 employees, received to marks from the Audit Commission for service quality and continuous improvement and The Group has an 'all green' Housing assessment.
