For people with learning disabilities, Advance provides the following services in Hertfordshire:
East Hertfordshire
One supported housing scheme (shared or self contained) with day time staff on site, emergency call out and alarm/on call system. This scheme is open to single people aged 18 to 95+. Referrals can be made via South East Herts Primary Care Trust; Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services and self referral.
North Hertfordshire
One supported housing scheme (shared or self contained) with day time staff on site, emergency call out / alarm/on call system. This scheme is open to single people of all age groups. Referrals can be made through Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Service or self referral.
