Broxbourne Housing Association is the largest provider of social housing within Broxbourne. Properties range from one bedroom flats to four bedroom houses, and are available for families, couples and single people.

There are 10 retirement housing schemes across the Borough providing independant supported homes with communal facilities.

For frail elderly people, the Association provides 2 very sheltered housing schemes with an alarm / on call system; 24 hour cover with waking night staff and on-site warden support. Referrals for these schemes can be made through:
