This support service offers assistance to young parents aged 16 to 25 years (at the point of referral) to manage an independent tenancy and access the best opportunities for themselves and their children.

Working in partnership with St Albans District Council, the young people are assessed by a worker who will liaise with all relevant agencies to deliver a package of support to them and their children.
