Springboard, part of the Genesis Housing Group, provides high quality housing and support services to over 10,000 people in East London, Essex and Hertfordshire.

For older people the Association provides the following accomodation in both East Herts and North Herts:

* One very sheltered housing scheme for people, aged 60 to 95+, with 24 hour cover, sleep in staff and an alarm / on-call system. Referrals to this scheme can be made through: East Herts District Council. Housing Dept; North Herts District Council. Housing Dept; Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services; Self referral.

* One extra care scheme for older people with Alzheimers or Dementia aged 60 to 95+ with 24 hour cover, sleep in staff and an alarm/on-call system. Referrals to this scheme can be made through: North Herts District Council. Housing Department; Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Service; self referral.

For people with Learning Disabilties in Broxbourne Borough Springboard provides:

Floating or visiting support to single people of all ages across all client groups. Referal to this service can be made through South East Herts Primary Care Trust; Broxbourne Borough Council. Housing Dept; Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services; Self referal.

For people with Learning Disabilties in North Herts Springboard provides:

Four Supported Housing schemes (shared or self contained) with floating/visiting support, for single people of all age groups. Referrals can be made through Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services or self referral.

One Supported Housing scheme (shared or self contained) with 24 hour cover and sleep in staff; day time staff on site with emergency call out. This scheme is open to single people of all ages. Referrals can be made through Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services and / or North Hertfordshire College. All applicants must be enrolled on a course with North Hertfordshire College.

For people with Mental Health problems in Broxbourne Borough Springboard provides:

One Supported Housing scheme (shared or self contained) with 24 hour cover, sleep in staff; day time staff on site with emergency call out. This scheme is open to single people in all age groups. Referrals via South East Hertfordshire Primary Care Trust; Probation Service; Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services; Self referral.

One Supported Housing Scheme (shared or self contained) with floating/visiting support. This scheme is open to single people, aged 18 to 64. Referrals via South East Hertfordshire Primary Care Trust; Broxbourne Borough Council. Housing Dept; Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services.

Two Support Housing Schemes (shared or self contained) with floating/visiting support. This scheme is open to single people in all age groups. Referrals via South East Hertfordshire Primary Care Trust; Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services; Self referral.

One housing scheme for registered social landlord tenants only with floating/visiting support. This scheme is open to single people of all age groups. Referrals via South East Hertfordshire Primary Care Trust; Broxbourne Borough Council. Housing Dept; Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services; Self referral.

For people with Mental Health problems in East Hertfordshire Springboard provides:
