Herts Young Homeless Group. North Project
Support and advice for 16-25-year-old young people who are homeless or who are threatened with homelessness. This organisation can help to find accommodation. Please ring for an appointment.
Access to advice on Social Security benefits, debts and other issues affecting young people, e.g. employment, training and health matters. They can give support with claiming benefits, finding long-term and emergency accommodation, and budgeting.
Resettlement worker supporting clients in temporary accommodation North Herts and Stevenage and permanent accommodation in the Stevenage area.
Floating Support worker supporting clients in permanent accommodation in North Herts.
Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 10.00am-4.00pm - please ring for an appointment
Outreach sessions in Stevenage (please ring to make an appointment).
