Help for individuals and families:
* advice and assistance with rent and mortgage arrears;
* help finding accommodation;
* deposit guarantee schemes;
* assistance and advice with court representatives;
* negotiations with landlords, agents or relatives to help prevent homelessness;
* advice on the organisations that may help you solve whatever housing issues you may be facing.

Help for landlords:
* advice and information to those with property to let or thinking of letting;
* access to prospective tenants;
* assistance resolving issues with tenants such as rent payments and tenancy agreements.

It serves the Dacorum Borough area.

Opening Hours:
Drop in Monday-Friday 8.45am-12.15pm;
By appointment Monday-Thursday from 2.00pm.
