Sheltered housing - Oxhey

Sheltered housing (retirement housing) is for older people who would like to remain independent but prefer the added security and reassurance of a warden service. Many sheltered housing schemes also have communal lounges, laundry facilities, disabled access showers and lifts, door entry systems and the opportunity to purchase a hot meal. However, wardens will not carry out any care duties or cook, clean or shop for residents.
