The aim of the ARA is to act as an effective voice for residents in protecting the predominantly residential character of this conservation area, which adjoins the City Centre and in enhancing its' environmental conditions.

The qualifying area is defined as that area which comprises of the roads as and situated at: Adelaide Street, Britton Avenue, Christchurch Close, Church Crescent, Etna Road, Folly Lane (No. 38-150 evens only), Gombards, Russell Avenue, Selby Avenue, Spencer Street, Stapley Road, Upper Dagnall Street, Upton Avenue, and Worley Road.

Date of AGM: October/November

Publications: Newsletters (4-6 yearly).
