Care Choice publishes annual directories of officially registered and inspected care provision for major Health Authorities and Social Service Departments.

They also:
* publish Care Select, a national magazine looking at current care issues.
* provide the Care Select Helpline Service which is a free service.
* providing the public with a shortlist of care providers that meets their particular needs or preferences.
* provide the free Disabilities Care Register (DCR), which also matches care needs with relevent homes and supported accommodation schemes.
