Lea Valley homes is a HomeBuy Agent, a one-stop-shop for Low Cost Home Ownership.
HomeBuy is a government-led initiative which is monitored by the Housing Corporation and the Department of Communities and Local Government. The HomeBuy scheme is to help those who cannot afford to buy a home of their own without assistance.
To be eligible for the HomeBuy scheme you would need to fit the following criteria:
- Unable to purchase a suitable home market without assistance.
- Household income not exceeding £60,000 per annum.
- Have access to £3,500 for legal fees, stamp duty, etc.
