Paying for childcare

Childcare costs can account for a large part of the family budget so before you choose a particular childcare provider you should work out the cost of your preferred choice of care.

Many working families are entitled to financial help, but far too few take it up either because they don’t know what’s on offer or because they don’t know that they are able to claim.
