• Broxbourne had a total population of 86,096 people, which equated to 8.5% of the population of Hertfordshire. 16,442 (19%) of the Broxbourne population were aged 0 – 14 years.
  
• Broxbourne is defined as the third most deprived district in the county
  
• Parents anticipating using more or new childcare expect to pay significantly less for childcare compared to the average cost of childcare in this district.
