Being a parent is one of the best jobs in the world but it can also be one of the toughest as family life can often be challenging and demanding.

Sometimes you may feel like you want some extra help, support or advice but you don't know where to turn...

The Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities programme is a 13 week programme designed to strengthen parenting skills, prevent and manage behaviour problems.

The programme is free of charge and aimed at parents of children aged 8-13 years where there are concerns about anti-social behaviour.

What does the course involve?

Joining this parenting course helps you look at:

• Positive parenting

• Positive discipline

• Positive communications

• Improving relationships in the family
