Update/Maintain your HAND registration

We will remind you, via e-mail, bi-annually to update your registration in case your circumstances change, especially your contact details, but you can do it at any time via the link below.

What will I need?

You will need your user ID and password. These were issued via e-mail in February 2007.

No changes will be made until you click the “Save Changes” button.

Maintaining your HAND record on paper

If you did not register an e-mail address with us, we will post to you a print out of your record and details of how to update and send it back. If you send back your amendments with an e-mail address, we will e-mail you a username and password for online maintenance.

If you would like us to update your details on paper outside of the annual review, or to remove your child from the database, please contact us at hand@hertscc.gov.uk or by ringing the Additional Needs Information Officer on 01992 556984.
