Issued to members of the Hertfordshire Additional Needs Database (HAND), HAND News is an information source for parents, carers and children and young people who have additional needs. It is also delivered alongside our sister magazine, Parent Partnership news. (See the link on the right of the page)If you are registered and do not receive HAND News, you will need to update your registration to receive mailings. See ‘Update/Maintain your HAND registration’ link to the right of this page.
