Secondary Schools with Learning Support Units (LSUs)

There are currently 21 secondary schools with Learning Support Units (LSUs) in Hertfordshire. The LSU operates inside the school to promote separate short-term teaching and support programmes for vulnerable pupils.

In the LSU environment pupils with social, emotional or behaviour difficulties are able to continue to learn and address their problems at the same time. They are also helped to reintegrate back into mainstream education.
