A Communication Point with Children Schools and Family
CSF continues to create opportunities to review and make any changes to the way it seeks to support children and their families.
Presently we are asking our selves a series of questions relating to our work to ensure we are achieving the best practice standards.
Samples of these questions are:
1. As part of quality monitoring procedures do you ask clients to complete a user feedback form at midway stages of planned work and at the point of closure?
2. Over the past 12 months, to what extent do you think user feedback played a part in the selection planning and implementation of care packages?
3. How is “the coming of age,” transition into adulthood celebrated for young people we care for?
4. Through joint partnership work is there a strategy in place to recruit employers for trainees who are disables?
Please make any suggestions as to the questions you would like to ask. A leaflet providing information on the work we do is attached below.
