Adult Care Services funds organisations like Carers in Hertfordshire to provide support and information to carers.

Carers in Hertfordshire provides confidential advice, support and information to any carer who lives in Hertfordshire, or looks after someone living in Hertfordshire. Adult Care Services provides services to older or disabled people if they are eligible for support. This is usually when they might not manage to live independently without that support. Our leaflet called Fair access to care describes how we work this out.
