Where can I get further help?

You can get additional help and information from your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau or independent advice centre.

You can also telephone National Debtline, the largest telephone counselling service for people with debt problems. This is run by the Birmingham Settlement a registered national charity; it produces a wide range of self-help information.
