Coping with Debt

This section tells you about administration orders and looks at when, how and if you can get one. It will also tell you about bailiffs, what they can and cannot do and what action you should take. The final section explains about bankruptcy, how to apply for this and the effect that it may have on you.

There is also a "self help" pack which will guide you through the process of dealing with debt yourself. It will explain how you can tackle debt successfully and take you through the procedures you need to follow to find out if you can help yourself or whether you need to take further advice on how to manage debt.
