Local enterprise agency, WENTA can help you start-up or run your own business. Funding advice is offered as part of their service to businesses.

Enterprise Europe Network for the East of England can be contacted regarding European Funding.

Central Government Departments and Agencies websites may contain news on funding opportunities or you can contact them over the phone

Other providers of information about funding programmes for businesses include Grantfinder, Grants On-line and J4bGrants - You can register yourselves with these providers to receive updates / alerts.

Hertfordshire County Council has an agreement with Grantfinder that Hertfordshire based organisations can register to carry out their own free funding search using the Grantnet service provided by Grantfinder. You can also receive free funding email alerts from Hertfordshire County Council provided by Grants On-line

The Low Carbon Innovation Fund provides venture capital investment for SMEs producing low carbon products, supplying low carbon services or those making operational changes to become low carbon in their activities.
