Council meetings are held approximately every six weeks.
Venue: Ashlea Room, Roydon Road, Stanstead Abbotts.

Notice of meetings is given by posting an announcement on the parish noticeboard in the High Street.

The aim of the Parish Council is to provide a local forum for the discussion of issues affecting the Parish and its residents, especially in matters of planning, the local road and footpath network and the environment.

The Parish Council organised a very successful Riverside Festival Day in each of the last four years. This has enabled the re-establishment of a local youth club on a firm financial footing.
