By Road
The A119 from Stevenage and A414 from Hatfield go through Hertford. The A10 is nearby. There is car parking at County Hall the visitor's car park is at the front of the building and is signposted from Pegs Lane.

By Rail
There are two railway stations in Hertford: Hertford East (serving Liverpool Street) and Hertford North (trains from Stevenage and the north and Kings Cross/Moorgate). The Intalink Traveline, 0871 200 22 33 can help you with train times. County Hall is approximately 15 minutes walk from Hertford North station and approximately 10 minutes from Hertford East station.

By Bus
Please contact Intalink Traveline on 0871 200 22 33 for information on timetables and your nearest service. The bus station is situated next to the Bircherley Green shopping precinct, in the town centre.
